Sir William Russell Flint Limited Edition Print "In Sunny Perigord"

This print is entitled " In Sunny Perigord " .
This print was published by Michael Stewart in 1982 in a Limited Edition of 850 copies.
It originated as an architectural study of cave houses in France. Back in the studio he embellished it with scantily clad ladies.

Sir William Russell Flint 1880-1969
Scottish born he lived in England, Italy, France and Spain. His skill as a Watercolour artist was once described by the then President of The Royal Academy as a " Baffling Skill ".
Many of his paintings featured Mediterranean ladies dancing or resting in flowing ruffled skirts, often without wearing tops or very much at all.

Good solid frame 36.75 inches by 30.75 inches; print size is 27 inches by 20 inches.
