Antique Wrought Iron Pair Candlesticks by Hugo Berger for Goberg

Pair of wrought iron candlesticks by Hugo Berger for Goberg
They date to about 1910 and are pure Arts and Crafts
One is in great condition, the other less so; it has obviously been dropped. The base is not flat and the candle holder is bent showing light rusting. I believe that it could be easily restored, but not by me with my trusty hammer!!
I have made the video of the poorly one to make the issues as clear as I can
