Beautifully hand painted vase 1950's

Beautifully hand painted vase 1950's or maybe 1960's
No makers marks, but the decoration is excellent quality
It is 10 inches tall and 6 inches diameter
It shows it's age by the wear scratches on the base
It has one mark to the rim which is more of a scuff than a chip see photos
