The artist was Bernard Parker and this painting was exhibited at an Exhibition by The Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours
The Exhibition sticker on the back shows a price of £15 15 shillings. Shillings ceased to exist in 1971 so this picture dates to the late 1960's
Beautifully painted it is in lovely condition.
Frame is 30.25 inches by 24 inches; painting is 22 inches by 15.5 inches. Frame has a suffered over the years and is a bit battered see photos
