Modelled by Andrea Pedersen, this bird was introduced in the 1900's. It was modelled in 1909.
Modelled by Andrea Pedersen, who sculpted for RC between 1905 and 1918. This one was introduced in the 1900's. She made several pieces during the time she worked at Royal Copenhagen, this finch being one of the many birds she modelled.
The year of manufacture of the reproduction of each individual item is indicated by dots and dashes above or below the letters on the base; this one has a dash above the M in Denmark, meaning it is from 1938.
Lovely figure.
She is approximately 2 inches tall.
Excellent condition no flaws that I can see.
