Modelled by Platen Hallermundt and was introduced in the late 1910's.
Platen Hallermundt modelled many figurines of different wildlife, mostly consisting of fish and birds. This is one of the many birds he made!
The year of manufacture of the reproduction of each individual item is indicated by dots and dashes above or below the letters on the base; this one has a dash under the k, meaning it is from 1948
Lovely figure.
He is 2.5 inches tall.
Excellent condition no flaws that I can see.
