Sir William Russell Flint Limited Edition Print " Cecilia and Her Studies"

This print is entitled " Cecilia and Her Studies " and it features Cecilia Green inspecting draft studies of herself; She was Sir William's favourite model.
This print was published by Michael Stewart in 1987 in a Limited Edition of 850 copies.

Sir William Russell Flint 1880-1969
Scottish born he lived in England, Italy, France and Spain. His skill as a Watercolour artist was once described by the then President of The Royal Academy as a " Baffling Skill ".
Many of his paintings featured Mediterranean ladies dancing or resting in flowing ruffled skirts, often without wearing tops or very much at all.

Good solid frame 24 inches by 20.75 inches; print size is 14.25 inches by 10.5 inches.
The frame has taken a couple of knocks, I have included photos of the worst.
This print also has a stain on the edge of the print near the blind stamp please see photo.
