Sir William Russell Flint Signed Limited Edition Print " Danza Montana "

This is a print entitled "Danza Montana" and published by Frost and Reed in 1960 in a limited edition of 750 (plus 1 for the artist).
It features Tani Morena as the main figure, she had to hold that pose for a long long time for him to paint the picture. She is also the girl with the castanets while Cecilia is the other two girls.
It is is in the original frame.
It is signed by the artist on the front. It bears the publishers blind stamp.
The frame is solid and ornate it does have some losses to the bottom of the lower part see photos.

Sir William Russell Flint 1880-1969
Scottish born he lived in England, Italy, France and Spain. His skill as a Watercolour artist was once described by the then President of The Royal Academy as a " Baffling Skill ".
He is best well known for his paintings of Mediterranean ladies dancing or resting in flowing ruffled skirts, often without wearing tops or very much at all.

Frame is 35 inches by 29.25 inches; print size is 25 inches by 19 inches.
