Made by Magic Crystal in West Germany, so before 1990
The Crystal is over 24% lead
6 inches tall by 3.5 inches by 2.25.
It is beautiful and sad

It is in great condition with no chips cracks or nibbles that I can see, but they did use a bit too much glue on the gold embellishments
