Victorian porcelain pen / writing stand
White porcelain and heavily gilded stand
From the top down there is a pen rest, the a lidded pot probably for nibs etc
Then two containers one would be for ink and the other for drying powder
The base surrounded by flowers and foliage.
There are no chips or cracks or crazing to the main body, there are small losses to a couple of flowers and some loss of gilding see photos.
There is an impressed mark to the underneath "PE" I cannot identify it
I believe this is German last quarter of the 1800's
It stands 5.75 inches tall and 7 inches across
